Gillian Hobbs is a Client Partner with the Psychological Health and Safety team at Fraser Health. She holds certification as a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor from the Canadian Mental Health Association and has spent the last 13+ years in various roles across the BC healthcare system supporting BC Children’s Hospital, BC Women’s Hospital, BC Cancer, Vancouver General Hospital, UBC Hospital and GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre. After witnessing firsthand, the burnout she and her colleagues were experiencing during the pandemic, she shifted her focus to workplace mental health. She leans on her background in communication, education and psychology to support leaders and teams in creating respect, care and trust at work.
